We're preparing to tell our families in the next few weeks that we're pregnant. We thought if we could hold off in letting anyone know for a few more weeks that it would be a great part of our holiday celebrations with them (I don't have to worry about them finding out this way- none of them are that computer-savvy). I can only imagine the range of recations/ emotions we're going to see...
I'm the oldest of four and for my mom (a widow of 15 years) it will be her first grandchild.
My wife is the youngest of 11 and for her parents (who just celebrated their 5oth wedding anniversary) it will be grandchild number 30.
Think the reactions will be any different?
